The Rhythm of the Week
Foundational practices, followed by deeper work, movement, and restorative time across the week
Each day is anchored by a calm, well-held rhythm rather than a fixed regime. Mindfulness, breathwork, and restorative yoga are offered across the week in a way that allows guests to engage according to energy, interest, and pace, whether to begin the day with clarity, return later for reset, or move between both.
These practices form the foundation of the Wellbeing Suite. They work first on the quality of the nervous system and the body: settling internal noise, restoring steadier energy, and creating the conditions for greater calm, physical ease, and receptivity.
From there, the experience broadens. Wellbeing Ateliers bring reflection and personal insight; sport and water activities support strength, flexibility, physical vitality, and rejuvenation; treatments and partner venues support recovery and physical ease; and the whole unfolds within a precise, well-paced structure shaped by selected facilitators and the character of each destination.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is used throughout the week to create greater mental clarity, steadier attention, and a quieter internal tempo. Rather than asking guests to step out of life, it helps them meet it with more composure, perspective, and presence. Within the retreat, this becomes one of the simplest ways to restore calm while sharpening awareness.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga offers a slower, more supportive approach to movement, designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and return the body to ease. It is less about performance than about intelligent recovery: creating space, softness, and steadier physical rhythm. Within the Wellbeing Suite, it helps guests feel both restored and more comfortably connected to their bodies.
Breath-work
Breath-work works directly on the nervous system, helping to regulate stress, restore balance, and shift the body out of states of pressure or fatigue. Depending on the practice, it can be grounding, energising, or deeply calming. Across the week, it supports clearer energy, greater physical ease, and a stronger sense of internal equilibrium.
Wellbeing Ateliers
Structured spaces for reflection, insight,

Wellbeing Ateliers bring a more reflective dimension to the week. Held in quiet studios, private lounges, and considered indoor-outdoor settings, they create the conditions for clearer thinking, steadier perspective, and more individual forms of insight.
Led by selected facilitators, these sessions are designed to extend the value of the retreat beyond immediate restoration. Guests are invited into focused conversations and practical frameworks that help translate the week into something more usable: greater self-awareness, better judgment, stronger personal clarity, and a more intelligent understanding of what supports them in daily life.
The tone is calm, exacting, and highly personal rather than prescriptive. For some, the effect is subtle but decisive; for others, it opens a more meaningful shift in how they think, work, relate, and recover. This is where the Wellbeing Suite acquires greater depth: not only restorative in pace, but enduring in effect.
Sport and Sea
Physical vitality, freedom of movement, and a more active experience of the Adriatic.
Sport and sea bring a more energising dimension to the week. Tailored to each guest and shaped around the wider retreat experience, these activities introduce movement, release, and physical vitality in a way that feels natural and enjoyable.
Depending on destination, conditions, and appetite, the programme may include water-skiing, jet skiing, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, scuba diving, tennis, cycling, and other land- and water-based activities arranged in advance.
Everything is handled with care, from scheduling and equipment to local partners and timing, so that activity supports the experience rather than pulling against it. The result is a fuller experience of the Adriatic, where movement, exhilaration, and physical ease sit naturally alongside restoration and rest.

An intimate retreat structure, fully hosted and shaped for ease
Reserved for no more than 16 guests, Novalume is intimate in scale and fully hosted from arrival to departure. The atmosphere has the ease of a private house party, with the polish of a high-end retreat at sea.
Everything is arranged in advance, yet nothing feels compulsory. Days are shaped around personal preference, energy, and pace, allowing guests to move through the week in a way that feels both free and fully supported.

Private Sessions are Indigo Sails’ private coaching offering, designed for founders, creatives, and senior leaders navigating transition, growth, pressure, or complex decision-making. Offered independently of our retreats or as a continuation beyond them, each engagement is tailored to the individual and delivered either in person or online.
Sessions combine strategic perspective, somatic work, disciplined reflection, and carefully chosen tools according to the client and context. The work may focus on leadership, clarity, resilience, performance, decision-making, personal recalibration, or moving through demanding periods with greater steadiness and self-command.
Between sessions, clients may receive selected readings, personal practices, and follow-up support to help sustain progress. The aim is not generic coaching, but highly individual work that sharpens judgment, steadies energy, and strengthens how a client leads, lives, and operates.
